For all work submitted, Yellow Elephant Publishing Limited (YEP Ltd) retain all editing and publishing rights for all media, existing and future, for a period of five years from the date of this agreement.

Where submitted work is not published within three years, authors may apply in writing for release from this agreement.

YEP Ltd exists to provide a support community and a platform for authors to develop their work, and to expand into all available media.

You declare one of the following:

• your submission is entirely your own work. You own the copyright to this material. You have not used or copied this work from any other source; written, oral, recorded, or any other media.
• your submitted work has not been previously published and is not subject to any other publishing agreement or any other such contract.
• your work has been previously published and you are authorised to give full permission to YEP Ltd to reproduce the work and state that YEP Ltd are entitled to collect and retain all financial proceeds pertaining to this work.
• you are NOT authorised to give full permission BUT your work is accompanied by written authorisation of the previous publisher for free use by YEP Ltd in any and all media.

YEP Ltd are not liable for any costs arising from:

• plagiarism and/or misuse of another authors work.
• illegal copying of work.
• copyright infringement.
• breach of contract

You accept all liability for the names or references used in your submission, for any lawsuit arising from the publication of your work, and for any legal proceedings arising from copyright infringement, and/or breach of contract.

NOTE: A large percentage of the income (after production and retail costs) will be shared equally with the published authors. YEP Ltd authors will have the opportunity to have larger pieces of work published in subsequent Yellow Elephant publications. YEP Ltd exists to create partnerships, to fully develop all authors creative ability and to bring the resulting products to a wider audience.

YEP Ltd will be looking for talented individuals to join their editorial and publishing community.
